Hello, Summer!

While we are very excited for summer in Chicago, it was a bit bittersweet to say goodbye to all our students for these last few days of the 2013-2014 school year!  Students in first grade summed up the excitement they felt by drawing self-portraits of themselves in reflective sunglasses.  In the sunglasses, we drew activities we are most looking forward to!  Students noted that sunglasses reflect the same image in each lens, but we had a lot of ideas to express, so we used our creative license to draw as much fun as we could!  Have a great summer, ICSJ!
